Adam established Golden Goose in December 2002 after selling an internet business, freelancing in a number of advertising agencies and recognising that brands were not using licensing to support their marketing strategies.

Antonia joined Golden Goose in 2010 as Account Director, having previously worked both client-side for Coca-Cola as Director of Licensing EMEA and agency side for The Licensing Company (TLC). The broad foundation of brand management experience gained from working within blue chip organisations including Revlon and Del Monte, together with extensive licensing experience combines to create a very strategic approach to brand licensing.

Martin was Brand Development Director for Beanstalk until joining Golden Goose in 2012. At Beanstalk he led the licensing programme for Stanley, Black and Decker and Jack Daniels as well as developing new business in categories as varied as apparel, hair care, and merchandise. Martin has strong relationships with a wide selection of international licensees and retailers and is a professional new business development director.

Phillippa led the Brand Licensing Programme at the National Trust for 5 years until she joined Golden Goose in 2015. During her time at the National Trust she developed new business and product ranges in a variety of categories including music, food & beverage, interiors, apparel, games and outdoor living. Phillippa has a developed strong relationships with a broad selection of UK and Japanese licensees and enjoys finding creative solutions to licensing challenges.

Prior to joining Golden Goose in 2016 Martin ran the brand licensing programme at the British Library for four years. Building strong relationships and driving new product development with licensees in publishing, stationery and gifting, homewares and apparel, Martin established the British Library as a leading player in the heritage licensing sector. Before moving into brand licensing, Martin spent 30 years on the sales side of the publishing industry with, amongst others, Bloomsbury and Penguin.

Prior to joining Golden Goose, Virginie was EMEA Consumer Director for Ubisoft and provides consulting services to independent studios. Virginie contributed to the transformation of Ubisoft from a video-game publisher to a brand-licensing pioneer with products ranging from internal development of figurines to apparel, toys and games, accessories, publishing and stationery. With 8 years of hands-on retail marketing experience and travelling Europe in search of innovative retail concepts, Virginie brings a passion for retail, an eye for creativity and sharp business acumen.
